PWS commenced operations in 2013 as a solely operated mortgage brokerage servicing the Illawarra and Sydney region and has now relocated to the Bundaberg region. We assist clients in obtaining residential, commercial and asset finance but primarily specialise in assisting property investor’s with equity release and investment property portfolio management.
There is a huge range of lending institutions, loan product options and ways to structure your finance when buying a property. Our main focus is helping you to understand what finance options are out there and then selecting a loan that will suit your specific needs and short/long term plans. We also arrange the whole application process, liaise with external parties such as the lending institution, conveyancers and real estate agents as well as manage the loan process from completing the application through to settlement.
